The barbell is the secret to this amazing workout program. If you've never used a barbell before, you'll be surprised how effective it is! It has a padded grip designed for maximum comfort and it's easy to assemble and store. 

Les Mills PUMP workouts:
Pump Basics (10 minutes) - teaches you how to assemble the barbell and adjust the weights, along with proper grip and stance techniques 

Pump Challenge ( 20 minutes) - squats, dead lifts, bench presses, clean and press, kickback and bicep curls, this definitely challenges all the muscles in different ways

Pump and Burn ( 30 minutes)warm up, squats, chest, legs and back, core, stretch. These are compound exercises that work several muscles at once for the biggest calories and fat burn.

Pump and Shred (45 minutes) - warm up, squat, chest, legs and back, lunges, shoulders, core, stretch.  This workout builds endurance and churning through fat stores with each rep.

Pump Revolution ( 55 minutes) - warm up, squat, chest, legs and back, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders, core, stretch. This workout has quick tempos, power presses and power lunges that will drive your heart rate up.

Pump Extreme (55 minutes) -warm up, squats, chest, legs and back, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders, core stretch, This workout creates the max muscle pressure to get results.

Flow ( 20 minutes) - sun salutations, warrior poses, balances, twists, hamstrings, lower back.  This workout will stretch and lengthen your entire body.

Hard core abs ( 20 minutes ) - A combo of crunches, oblique twists, back extensions, and lower ab exercises target the rectus abdominus, the obliques, and the muscle of the back to strengthen your entire core.
