Mango Papaya Summer Smoothie



Chalene Johnson’s Summer Smoothie (that’s not just for summer)

Ingredients:

½ cup Orange Juice
Mango, Papaya, Smoothie, Summer, Beachbody, Shakeology, Recipe, Shakeology Recipe

¼ cup fresh pineapple, peeled and cored

¼ cup ripe papaya, peeled, de-seeded and chopped

¼ cup mango, peeled and cubed

Honey

½ cup ice

Optional:  ½ cup Shakeology

What to do:

Place the juice, fruit and honey in a blender.  Add Shakeo at this point.  Blend on high sped ofr 30 seconds.  Add Ice and blend until smooth.

In a rush? 

Substitute with frozen mango and papaya. Just remember to omit the ice. The frozen fruit will add enough frothiness.
