Weekends are usually very stressful for me - food wise.
I do well during the week sticking to my routine. It's when I have that extra time, when I'm home, when I'm constantly grazing because the refrigerator is RIGHT THERE that I get in trouble.
Best way to NOT fall into that trap? STICK TO YOUR MEAL PLAN. Eat your pre-made snacks. Set alarms for your meal times if you have to!
DON'T LET THE WEEKEND UNDO ALL YOUR HARD WORK YOU PUT IN DURING THE WEEK!
