In addition to my 21 Day Fix Challenge, I have decided to challenge myself to plank.
The next 30 days will be spent on improving my plank time. I really don't like planks and it's probably because I stink at them. I will work my way up from 20 seconds all the way to 5 minutes!!!!!!
